2. Data we process
When you contact us via the form, email, or phone, we process the details you provide. Typically name, email address, phone number (if provided), message content, and technically necessary connection data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Enquiries & consultations: handling your request and preparing a proposal or advisory call (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / pre-contractual steps; alternatively legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Website operation: delivering the site and keeping it secure (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Hosting & processors
The website is operated with a hosting provider. Server log files (e.g. IP address, timestamp, user agent) may be created as part of normal operations. Where required, data processing agreements exist under Art. 28 GDPR.
5. Contact form
The contact form is provided via WPForms. Submitted data is used to answer your enquiry and is not used for marketing without your consent.
6. Cookies & tracking
We currently do not use marketing or analytics cookies. Technically necessary cookies or storage may be required for site operation (e.g. language preference, session).
7. Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the request and follow-ups, then according to statutory retention duties or until the purpose no longer applies.
8. Recipients
Data is shared only when necessary to process your request (e.g. hosting), when required by law, or when you have consented.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
10. No obligation to provide data
You are not required to provide personal data. Without contact details, however, we cannot respond to enquiries.
